“Since moving to Sydney earlier this year, we spent 4 long months looking for a small place to call home in the Eastern Suburbs. The market seemed to be getting more and more difficult and the location became increasingly unaffordable.
Aaron came recommended to us by another agent, so we were a little skeptical at first. We have used buyers agents before, however in New Zealand, the vendor's agent pays for them rather than the buyer. From the very first in person meeting the initial scepticism disappeared. "Will and Aaron did a truly wonderful job helping me secure my first ever apartment. It was always a dream of mine since I was a teenager to own my own apartment and have worked hard towards this goal ever since. When I had the funds to buy, I was not feeling confident to negotiate against Eastern Suburbs Real Estate Agents having lost out on a couple of apartments 2 years prior. I made the decision to engage Buy East through their Full Service after meeting Will and Aaron and recognising the experience and skills they brought, the genuine nature of both of them and how I could ask any question and wouldn't feel silly for it.
